Unbeaten San Beda aims to nails the first final four berth on Wednesday when it battles winless Perpetual Help in the 86 NCAA mens basketball tournament at the Arena San Juan.
The Red Lions improved to a perfect 10-0 slate after blasting Emilio Aguinaldo College,92-68 on Friday behind a big second halfled by Borgie Hermida and Filipino Australian Anthony Semerad.
Hermida,chosen second round by Barako Bull in the PBA Rookie Draft last Sunday,registered a triple double with 14points,10rebounds and 10 assist as the Mendiola Based squad broke out of a slim 39-36 halftime lead.
And with Arellano suffering a 72-58 defeat from Letran,San Beda could clinch the first semis spots in the Red Lions beat the strugling Altas in their 2 pm encounter

A win would give San Beda its fifth straigth final four appearance and sixth and the last seven season since 2004.

In the second game,San Sebastian shoots for atleast playoffs for its place in the final four when it meet dangerous Jose Rizal University in what expected to be a tight contest between two teams that are ranked No.2 and No3 behind undefeated San Beda.
