MANILA, Philippines – Anti-narcotics agents have recently nabbed three suspected members of a drug ring during a raid in a house in Malabon City, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said.
Armed with a search warrant issued by Executive Judge Amor Reyes of the Manila Trial Court Branch 21, PDEA operatives swooped down on the house on Pampano St., Longos, Malabon, around 3 p.m. last Sept. 19 and arrested Angelito Pabito, Paquito Dulay and Joana Pabito.
PDEA director general Dionisio Santiago said the suspects are members of the Amado Mendoza drug group operating in Malabon, Caloocan and nearby localities.
Authorities confiscated from the suspects a total of 23 heat-sealed sachets containing metamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu, a digital weighing scale, four pieces of ammunition for a cal. 38 revolver, assorted drug paraphernalia and a bundle of money.
