Two (2) ROY awardees became two-time MVPs, to wit, Paras (1989 and 1999 MVP) and Danny Ildefonso (back-to-back in 2000 & 2001). Five ROY awardees became MVPs later in their careers, Ricardo Brown (1985), Allan Caidic (1990), Paras, Ildefonso and Kelly Williams (2007-08). | |
