MANILA, Philippines - A female government employee has gone home richer by P152 million as the latest lotto winner.
The lucky bettor has been playing the same combination for 10 years and finally hit the jackpot in Tuesday night’s Super Lotto draw.
The woman claimed her prize on Thursday afternoon, according to Liza Gabuyo, assistant general manager for online lottery of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
Gabuyo said it was the government employee’s first time to win the jackpot in the PCSO’s lotto draws.
The lone jackpot winner is 52 years old, single and a resident of Naic, Cavite.
The lucky bettor correctly placed the winning combination of 22-35-29-21-33-26 in last Tuesday night’s 6/49 Super Lotto draw, that earned her the total jackpot amounting to P152,513,661.60.
Earlier on Wednesday, the lone jackpot winner of the Megalotto draw on Monday night claimed her prize.
The winner, who is jobless, took home the prize worth P18,606,636 after correctly placing the winning combination of 06-17-24-45-22-28.
Gabuyo said the winner is a 34-year-old resident of Liliw, Laguna.
Meanwhile, no bettor managed to correctly guess the winning combination in the Grand Lotto draw last Wednesday night. The winning combination was 35-16-47-38-09-15
The jackpot prize in last Wednesday night’s draw was at P277,079,788.80. The next draw will be on Saturday night.
